GSTO1 inhibitor C1-27 is a potent, selective, covalent glutathione S-transferase omega 1 (GSTO1) inhibitor with IC50 of 31 nM.
GSTO1 inhibitor C1-27 displays selective inhibition of the GSTO1 against several other cysteine-containing proteins at 1 uM.
GSTO1 inhibitor C1-27 suppresses cancer cell growth, enhances the cytotoxic effects of cisplatin and inhibits tumour growth in colon cancer models as single agent.
