    GSK898 shows no inhibitory effects on the other enzymes in the tryptophan metabolism pathway (IDO, TDO, KATI/II, kynureninase).
    GSK898 rescues the phenotype, reducing 3-hydroxykynurenine and protecting against critical illness and death.
