GSK8612 (GSK-8612) is a highly selective, potent TBK1 inhibitor, inhibits recombinant TBK1 with pIC50 of 6.8 in biochemical functional assays.
GSK8612 demonstrated inhibition of IRF3 phosphorylation in Ramos cells, IFNα secretion from human PBMCs, and IFNβ secretion from THP-1 cells with low micromolar potency.
