GSK1904529A showes poor activity in a panel of 45 other serine/threonine and tyrosine kinases.
GSK1904529A potently inhibits phosphorylation of IGF-IR (IC50=22 nM) and IR (IC50=19 nM).
GSK1904529A decreases the growth of human tumor xenografts in mice; orally active.
