GQ127 is a potent, selective Gαq/11 signaling pathway inhibitor with IC50 of 22.4 uM. GQ127 shows good efficacy and safety in inositol monophosphate (IP1) assay by directly inhibiting Gαq/11 proteins.
GQ127 induces uveal melanoma cells apoptosis and displayed potent antitumor activities in uveal melanoma cells viability, migration, and invasion.
GQ127 (10-30 mg/kg) significantly suppressed UM xenograft growth in mouse model without severe toxicity at the testing dose.
