G244-LM is a potent and specific small-molecule tankyrase inhibitor, inhibits Wnt3a-induced signaling in HEK293 human and 10T1/2 mouse cells in a reporter assay.
G244-LM reduces Wnt/β-catenin signaling by preventing poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation-dependent AXIN degradation, thereby promoting β-catenin destabilization.
G244-LM inhibits growth of mouse intestinal organoids (IC50 = 0.11 µM) and organoid spheroids cultured from small intestine adenomas isolated from ApcMin mice.
