G15 (GPR30 inhibitor G15) is a potent, selective GPER/GPR30 antagonist with Ki of 20 nM.
G15 displays little binding affinity to ERα or ERβ at 10 uM.
G15 inhibits the G-1-mediated activation of PI3K, also effectively blocks the estrogen-mediated response in GPR30-transfected cells.
G15 also blocks G-1-induced proliferation in the ovariectomized mouse model.
