生物&药学活性

G140 is a potent, specific human cGAS small-molecule inhibitor with IC50 of 14.0 nM and 442 nM for h-cGAS and m-cGAS, respectively.
G140 showed dose-dependent inhibitory activity in THP1 cells with IC50 of 1.7 uM, as determined by qRT-PCR for IFNB1 mRNA.
G140 shows no off-target effect against other nucleotidyl transferase enzymes.
G140 inhibits the SEAP NF-κB pathway reporter with IC50 of 1.36 uM.
