    Fascaplysin chloride (NSC 622398) is a potent CDK4/cyclin D1 with IC50 of 0.35 uM, 10-fold less potent for significantly for CDK6/cyclin D1 and does not inhibit other Cdks and tyrosine kinases.
    Fascaplysin chloride shows antiproliferative activity against retinoblastoma-positive tumor cells, blocking retinoblastoma phosphorylation and inducing G1 arrest.
    Fascaplysin chloride induces PPARγ-1α deacetylation with IC50 of 0.7 uM.
