FZU-00,004 is a small molecule inhibitor of Krüppel-like Factor 5 (KLF5), inhibits KLF5 expression, significantly suppresses TNBC tumor cell growth in vitro and in vivo.
FZU-00,004 inhibits anticancer effects against SUM149PT and HCC1937 with IC50 of 3.6 and 7.9 uM, respectively, induces G1/S cell cycle arrest.
FZU-00,004 inhibits KLF5 expression and induces the cleavage of PARP.
FZU-00,004 (1.0 mg/d) suppresses growth of TNBC UM1 patient-derived xenograft (PDX) tumors in nude mice.
