FT-001 (FT001) is a novel potent, orally acitve inhibitor of BET bromodomain with IC50 of 0.1 uM for BRD4 BD1.
FT-001 inhibits the expression of MYC in the MV-4-11 cell line with IC50 of 0.46 uM, shows anti-proliferative activity with IC50 of 0.22 uM.
FT-001 displays complete tumor growth inhibition in mouse MV-4-11 xenograft model.
