    FQI2 is a small-molecule inhibitor of transcription factor LSF with IC50 of 0.71 uM.
    FQI2 inhibits LSF DNA-binding activity both in vitro, also exhibits antiproliferative activity in multiple cell lines, NIH 3T3, HeLa S3, and A549 cells with GI50 of 0.71, 0.40, and 1.6 uM, respectively.
    FQI2 rapidly induces cell death in QGY-7703 liver cancer cell lines.
