    FQI2-34 is a small molecule inhibitor of oncogenic transcription factor LSF/TFCP2 (late SV40 factor, encoded by TFCP2), inhibits TFCP2 and β-catenin interaction, specifically inhibits LSF DNA-binding, partner protein-binding, and transactivation activities, suppresses Wnt activity in CRC cells.
    FQI2-34 at 1 μmol/L concentrations consistently reduced LSF–β-catenin interaction in different CRC cell lines.
    FQI2-34 reduced colocalization of late SV40 factor (LSF) and β-catenin in colorectal cancer cell lines.
    FQI2-34 (1-20 uM) inhibited Wnt activity in CRC cell lines irrespective of their Wnt status.
    FQI2-34 suppressed β-catenin in both digitonin and nondigitonin fractions, decreased levels of cytosolic β-catenin in CRC cell lines.
    FQI2-34 (5 mg/kg daily for 5 consecutive days each week). suppressed growth and Wnt targets in allogeneic colorectal cancer xenograft.
