FLI-06 is a pan-NOTCH receptor inhibitor, blocks Notch trafficking and processing, inhibits endogenous Notch signaling.
FLI-06 disrupts the Golgi apparatus in a manner distinct from that of brefeldin A and golgicide A.
FLI-06 inhibits ER export at a pre-ERES step, potentially at the stage of cargo recruitment.
FLI-06 the first small molecule acting at such an early stage in secretory traffic.
