FIIN-2 is a potent, irreversible inhibitor of FGFR with IC50 values of 3.1/ 4.3/27/45 nM for FGFR1/2/3/4.
FIIN-2 also inhibits FGFR2 mutants and EGFR, EGFR (L858R).
FIIN-2 avoids the steric clash with the gate-keeper mutation that causes the ponatinib resistance.
