FEN1-IN-1 dispalys 1,000-fold specificity over a related endonuclease, xeroderma pigmentosum G (XPG).
FEN1-IN-1 significantly potentiates the action of methyl methanesulfonate (MMS) and temozolamide in a bladder cancer cell line.
