EVT-701 is a highly potent, selective, and safe mitochondrial complex 1 (MC1) inhibitor, reduces NADH abundance with IC50 of 300 nM.
EVT‐701 dose‐dependently inhibits NADH oxidation and phosphorylation of ADP into ATP by 80% at 7.5 uM.
EVT‐701 inhibits mitochondrial ATP production at nanomolar concentrations in 3 cell lines (IC50 values of 52, 81 and 74 nM for MD‐MB‐231, Hep3B, and U87, respectively).
EVT‐701 dose‐dependently inhibits mitochondrial ATP production with IC50 of 393 nM and proliferation with IC50 of 188 nM in OxPhos‐dependent NH B‐cell lymphomas.
EVT‐701 inhibits OxPhos metabolism and proliferation of non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) lines in vitro and in vivo.
EVT‐701 potently inhibits mitochondrial ATP production (IC50 of 203 nM) and proliferation of H460 cells (IC50 of 68 nM), but also induces apoptosis with an IC50 of 96 nM.
