EVP4593 (EVP-4593, QNZ) is an inhibitor of PMA/PHA-induced NF-κB pathway activation with IC50 of 9 nM, inhibits storeoperated calcium (Ca2+) entry (SOC) pathway in huntington's disease (HD) neurons.
EVP4593 inhibits store-operated Ca2+ entry in HD striatal neurons.
EVP4593 inhibits TRPC1-supported SOC Ca2+ currents in neuronal cells. protect YAC128 MSNs from glutamate-induced apoptosis.
EVP4593 reduces synaptic nSOC and rescues spine loss in YAC128 MSNs, intraventricular delivery of EVP4593 in YAC128 mice rescued age-dependent striatal spine loss in vivo.
