ES9-17 is a non-protonophoric, improved Endosidin9 (ES9) analog that inhibits clathrin heavy chain (CHC) function in both Arabidopsis and human cells, inhibits clathrin-mediated endocytosis (CME).
ES9-17 inhibits transferrin uptake in HeLa cells with EC50 of 17.2 uM.
ES9-17 inhibits clathrin heavy chain (CHC) function in both Arabidopsis and human cells through affinity-based target isolation in vitro binding studies.
