EPIC-0628 (EPIC0628) is a selective and potent inhibitor that selectively disrupts the HOTAIR-EZH2 interaction and promotes ATF3 expression, enhances the temozolomide efficacy in glioblastoma.
EPIC-0628 suppresses the HOTAIR-mediated recruitment of EZH2 on the chromatin.
EPIC-0628 potentially and specifically inhibits the HOTAIR-EZH2 interaction in GBM cells, decreases the survival rate of GBM cells in a dose-dependent manner.
EPIC-0628 silences MGMT expression by promoting ATF3 expression, causes cell cycle arrest in GBM.
EPIC-0628 improves the sensitivity of TMZ by modulating the HR-linked ATF3-p38-E2F1 axis.
EPIC-0628 enhances the TMZ sensitivity in GBM orthotopic xenograft model.
