ENPP1 inhibitor 29f is a potent, orally active inhibitor of ecto-nucleotide pyrophosphatase phosphodiesterase 1 (ENPP1), inhibits the cGAMP hydrolysis by ENPP1 in vitro with IC50 of 68 nM.
ENPP1 inhibitor 29f enhances the STING-mediated type I interferon response in HCT116 and THP-1 cells, elevates cGAMP-mediated innate immune response with cancer cell-specific toxicity.
ENPP1 inhibitor 29f significantly enhances STING-mediated type I IFN response of cGAMP and amplifies innate immunity.
ENPP1 inhibitor 29f promotes tumor growth inhibition and enhances the effect of anti-PD-L1 in primary and rechallenged CT26 colorectal tumor model.
ENPP1 inhibitor 29f induces immunological memory prevented the tumor relapse against tumor rechallenge.
