EI-1071 induced significant changes in microglial homeostasis, neuroinflammation, and neuronal injuries.
EI-1071 is effective in reducing activated microglia, neuroinflammation and neuronal injuries, resulting in a significant improvement of memory function in the 5xFAD model.
