EBP inhibitor 11 exhibits EC50 of 39 nM in hGCMS cellular assays.
EBP inhibitor 11 demonstrates strong in vivo target engagement in the brain, as illustrated by the accumulation of EBP substrate zymostenol after repeated dosing.
