Dyngo-4a (Hydroxy Dynasore) is a potent Dynasore analog and dynamin inhibitor with IC50 of 0.38 and 2.6 uM for dynamin I and dynamin II, respectively, inhibits endocytosis.
Dyngo-4a (20 uM)prevents SNAP25 cleavage by BoNT/A in cultured hippocampal neurons.
Dyngo-4a provides protection again BoNT/A-induced paralysis in the phrenic nerve-hemidiaphragm twitch model and in vivo.
