    DS-3801b is a potent, selective, non-macrolide GPR38 (motilin receptor) agonist with EC50 of 5.3 and 1.3 nM for human and rabbit GPR38 respectively.
    DS-3801b is 11-fold more potent (EC50=7.3 nM) intestinal contractile activity than GSK962040 (EC50=82.6 nM).
    DS-3801b promoted intestinal contractile activity in rabbit duodenum muscle tissue.
