    DS-1558 (DS1558) shows no PPARγ agonistic activity up to 100 uM, and exhibits >100-fold selectivity over 68 other diverse receptors, ion channels and transporters.
    DS-1558 (DS1558) has potent glucose lowering effects during an oral glucose tolerance test in ZDF rats.
