DS-1039 is a potent, selective GPR39 agonist, demonstrates excellent induction of intracellular Ca2+ concentration with EC50 of 0.01 uM.
DS-1039 shows no significant response with 168 other GPCRs and 87 molecular targets.
DS-1039 exhibitsexcellent induction of chloride secretion (EC50 = 0.051 μM) in hBE cells.
DS-1039 induces chloride channel opening in short circuit currents in 3D-cultured primary human bronchial epithelial cells.
DS-1039 induces calcium mobilization (EC50 = 1.0 μM) and chloride secretion (EC50 = 0.18 μM) in mouse bronchial epithelial cells, induces hyperpolarization in mouse NPD.
