DRI-C21041 displays no activity against TNF-R1–TNF-α interaction.
DRI-C21041concentration-dependently inhibits CD40L-induced marker expression (CD54, CD86, CD80, MHC-II) in THP cells
DRI-C21041 exhibits concentration-dependent inhibition of CD40L-induced human B-cell function with IC50 of 13.2 uM.
DRI-C21041 concentration-dependently inhibits CD40L-induced B cell proliferation.
