DPC-AJ1951 TFA is a 14 amino acid peptide, potent, selective agonist of the PTH/PTH-related peptide receptor (PPR), induces intracellular Ca2+ mobilization in HEK 293 cells transfected with the human PPR with EC50 of 26 nM.
DPC-AJ1951 does not elicit responses from cells that did not contain the PPR, show any significant binding to the following selection of family A and B GPCRs at 10 uM.
