DDQ is a small molecule inhibitor of binding sites of Amyloid beta (Aβ) and Drp1, reduces interaction between Aβ and Drp1, shows anti-aging effects.
DDQ also inhibits abnormal protein-protein interactions, such as Aβ and Drp1 and P-tau and Drp1.
DDQ is capable of reducing abnormal protein-protein interactions and protecting neurons from mutant protein(s)-induced toxicities.
DDQ reduces age-related insults, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial dysfunction.
