DDD85646 (IMP-366) is a potent, specific, dual N-Myristoyltransferase NMT1/NMT2 inhibitor with IC50 of 17 nM/22 nM respectively.
DDD 85646 (IMP-366) inhibits myristoylation of an overexpressed protein construct in-cell-based microscopy assays.
DDD 85646 (IMP-366) has no significant affect protein synthesis in cells.
DDD 85646 (IMP-366) causes complete inhibition of N-myristoylation in cells at 1-10 uM.
DDD 85646 (IMP-366) induces ER-stress, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis in cancer cells.
