DCZ19931 is a novel multi-targeting kinase inhibitor, exhibits anti-angiogenic effects in vitro and inhibits ocular neovascularization in vivo.
DCZ19931 (1 nM-10 uM) has no obvious cytotoxicity and tissue toxicity.
DCZ19931 (2 μL, 1 μg/μL) inhibits ocular neovascularization in C57BL/6J mice.
DCZ19931 exhibited anti-angiogenic effects in vitro, DCZ19931 plus Ranibizumab showed greater anti-angiogenic effects than DCZ19931 or Ranibizumab monotherapy.
DCZ19931 inhibited vascular permeability via downregulation of ICAM-1 expression.
DCZ19931 inhibited ocular neovascularization through p38-MAPK and ERK1/2-MAPK signaling.
