DCZ0415 (DCZ-0415) is a small-molecule inhibitor targeting thyroid hormone receptor interacting protein 13 (TRIP13) with Kd of 2.42 uM in SPR assay.
DCZ0415 inhibits the proliferation of multiple myeloma cell lines and induces apoptosis.
Using CCK-8 assay, the IC50 value of DCZ0415 was 1.0-10 μmol/L calculated by CalcuSyn in multiple myeloma cell lines.
DCZ0415 impaired DNA repair and inhibited NF-κB activity in multiple myeloma cells.
DCZ0415 in combination with melphalan or panobinostat functions synergistically to exert cytotoxicity. DCZ0415 demonstrates antitumorigenic effects in a xenograft model of multiple myeloma.
