DC-TEADin02 exhibits specific thiol reactivity and selectivity of DC-TEADin02 over the kinase family, lipid-binding proteins and epigenetic targets.
DC-TEADin02 inhibited TEADs transcription activity leading to downregulation of YAP-related downstream gene expression.
