DB2115 is a small-molecule transcription factor PU.1 inhibitor abrogating DNA binding by PU.1 with Kd of 1.0 nM.
DB2115 decrease cell growth (IC50=3.4 uM) and the clonogenic capacity of AML cells and leads to increased apoptosis, while showing little effect on normal hematopoietic cells.
DB2115 decreases tumor burden and increases survival in murine and human AML transplantation models.
