DAA-1106 is a potent, selective agonist of PBR/TSPO that inhibits [3H]PK 11195 binding to crude mitochondrial preparations of rat whole brain with IC50 of 0.92 nM.
DAA-1106 significantly increases sleeping time in hexobarbital-induced anesthesia.
DAA-1106 has anxiolytic effects with no affect for spontaneous locomotor activity in mice; orally active.
