Cyclin K degrader DS17 is more effective at depleting cyclin K than CR8 at 1 µM concentration.
Cyclin K degrader DS17 acquires glue activity via simultaneous CDK12 binding and engagement of DDB1 interfacial residues, in particular Arg928.
