Compound RP20 is a potent, selective RIPK2 inhibitor with IC50 of 13 nM, does not inhibit RIPK1.
RP20 demonstrated minimal inhibition against DDR1, KDR, RET and PI3Kδ.
RP20 effectively inhibits RIPK2 activity in vivo, blocking downstream inflammatory signals and subsequently affecting the synthesis and release of the cytokine IL-6.
RP20 (20 mg/kg) has hepatoprotective effects on ALI models and exhibits liver-targeting properties.
