Compounmd 3235-0367 is a small-molecule inhibitor of FZD8 with IC50 of 7.1 uM against mouse FZD8 cysteine-rich domain (CRD) by cell-based assays and KD of 2.5 uM inb BLI assays, inhibits Wnt3a-induced β-catenin signaling.
Compounmd 3235-0367 inhibits Wnt induced LRP6 phosphorylation in HEK293T cells.
Treatment of CCD-18Co fibroblasts and patient-derived myofibroblasts with the FZD8 inhibitor 3235-0367 reduced extracellular matrix (ECM) expression.
