CaCCinh-A01 is a small molecule Ca(2+)-activated Cl(-) channel (CaCC) inhibitor, inhibits both I(sc) and transepithelial conductance in a concentration-dependent manner (IC50=6.3 uM).
CaCCinh-A01 (30 μM) significantly reduced electrogenic K(+) secretion, detected as short-circuit current (I(sc)).
CaCCinh-A01 also inhibits TMEM16A channels (IC50=2.1μM, in TMEM16A-expressing FRT cells).
