CYB-5067 is a potent, covalent RNF213-recruiting molecular glue degrader of pan-FGFR with DC50 of 430 nM, 27 nM, 314 nM and 596 nM for FGFR1, 2, 3 and 4.
CYB-5067 shows strongest effect on FGFR2 (DC50 = 27 nM, Dmax = 96%).
CYB-5067 outperforms parent inhibitors in vitro (IC50 = 3.8 nM) and shows comparable antitumor efficacy in vivo.
