CX4152 is a potent, selective CXCR2 inhibitor with IC50 of 7.6 nM, displays>1,000-fold selectivity over CXCR4 (IC50>50 uM).
CX4152 inhibits CXCR2 signaling through downregulation of surface CXCR2.
CX4152 significantly inhibits CXCL8-mediated neutrophil migration and LPS-induced lung inflammation in mice.
CX4152 inhibits CXCR2/β-arrestin-2 association, cell migration and proliferation, and acute inflammation in mouse models.
