生物&药学活性

CU-CPT8m is a novel potent, selective TLR8 inhibitor with Kd of 220 nM and IC50 of 67 nM, with negligible cytotoxicity.
CU-CPT8m shows no effect on TLR1/2/6, TLR3, TLR4, TLR5, TLR7 and TLR9.
CU-CPT8m inhibits R848-induced TNF-α production in the differentiated THP-1 monocytes cells with IC50 of 90 nM, also abolishes the elevation of TNF-α and IL-8 mRNA levels.
CU-CPT8m suppresses the proinflammatory cytokine production in multiple human primary cells derived from different patients.
