CTLA-4 inhibitor D11.3 is a small molecule inhibitor of cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4) with IC50 of 0.97 uM in AlphaLISA assays.
CTLA-4 inhibitor D11.3 (5 mg/kg or 12.5 mg/kg) markedly reduced tumor growth without affecting the body weight in in established syngeneic mouse models expressing transgenic humanized CTLA-4 protein.
