CTL4 inhibitor DT-13 is a potent small molecule choline transporter-like protein 4 (CTL4) inhibitor with IC50 of 12.47 uM, directly binds to CTL4 with MST Kd of 0.64 uM, inhibits CTL4-mediated choline uptake.
DT-13 reduces choline and sphingomyelin (SM) levels in UWB1.289 cells in a dose-dependent manner.
DT-13 exhibis significantly great anti-invasive potency in BRCA1-KO KGN cells.
DT-13 significantly reduces the number of liver and gut metastatic nodules originating from BRCA1 KO orthotopic tumors in orthotopic and metastatic cancer model using BRCA1-KO KGN cells.
