CSB-0914 is a small molecule NF-κB inhibitor that stably binds to NF-κB-p50 subunit, exhibits significant efficacy in reducing basophil activation assay induced by FcεRI receptors with IC50 of 98.4 nM.
CSB-0914 dose dependently reduces degranulation, effectively reduced the release of TNF-α and IL-2 in DNB-BSA stimulated IgE sensitized RBL-2H3 cells.
CSB-0914 inhibits anti-IgE-FcεRI-stimulated activated basophils with CD63 cell population with IC50 of 98.4 nM.
CSB-0914 inhibits neutrophil elastase activity and reduced neutrophil migration. inhibits phosphorylation of NF-κB and upregulated nrf-2 and HO-1 proteins.
