CRY1 destabilizer M47 lengthens the period of the circadian rhythm at the cellular level.
CRY1 destabilizer M47 enhances apoptosis in a Ras-transformed p53-null mouse skin fibroblast cell line.
CRY1 destabilizer M47 increases degradation of the CRY1 in the nucleus in mice liver.
CRY1 destabilizer M47 50 (mg/kg/day, i.p.) enhances life span in cancer-prone p53−/− mice.
