CRT-0105446 inhibits cofilin phosphorylation and increase αTubulin acetylation in cells.
CRT-0105446 shows significant sensitivity against 656 cancer cell lines, and rhabdomyosarcoma, neuroblastoma and kidney cancer cells (mean EC50=238 uM);
