    CRD733 (ASP4901) is a potent, selective cGMP-specific PDE9 (phosphodiesterase 9) inhibitor.
    CRD-733 reverses TAC-induced left ventricular (LV) hypertrophy in vivo.
    CRD-733 reverses TAC-induced left ventricular dysfunction in mice.
    CRD-733 does not reverse TAC-induced left ventricular (LV) cardiac fibrosis, but attenuates fibrotic gene expression, increases plasma cGMP levels.
