CN210 is highly effective in inhibiting tumor growth in a Kasumi-1 xenograft mouse model.
CN210 also demonstrates significant improvement of arthritis severity in a collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) mouse model.
CN210 is a potential drug candidate with a unique mechanism of action to treat NSAID-induced ileitis and IBD.
